Welcome to Simple Manifestor. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) carefully before using our website at https://www.simplemanifestor.com (“the Site”) or any of our products, programs, content, or services.
This Agreement is between you (“you,” “your,” “User”) and Simple Manifestor (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Company”).
By accessing or using our Site, purchasing any product, enrolling in any program, joining any community, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy & Disclaimer. Please read both.
1. Definitions
To keep things clear throughout this document:
“Site” means the website located at simplemanifestor.com and all related subdomains.
“Services” means all products, programs, courses, challenges, handbooks, digital downloads, guided audios, newsletters, coaching sessions, membership subscriptions, mini-SaaS tools, community platforms, and any other materials or offerings provided by Simple Manifestor — whether delivered through the Site, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other channel.
“Content” means all text, images, audio, video, graphics, frameworks, templates, worksheets, scripts, and other materials published or distributed by Simple Manifestor.
“Digital Products” means downloadable or accessible products such as handbooks, eBooks, guided audios, worksheets, trackers, templates, and course modules.
“Membership” means any recurring subscription-based access to our programs, communities, or tools.
“Coaching” means any one-on-one or group coaching, mentoring, or advisory sessions provided by Simple Manifestor.
2. Eligibility
To use our Site and Services, you must:
Be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when required
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
Some of our Services may require you to create an account. If so:
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
One account per person. Account sharing, reselling access, or transferring accounts to another person is not permitted unless we provide written approval.
4. Our Services
Simple Manifestor provides wellness education, coaching support, and personal development tools through a range of digital products and programs. Our current offerings include (but are not limited to):
Free resources: challenges (e.g., 7-Day Challenge), Block Audit worksheets, VIP community access
Digital products: The Simple Manifestor Handbook, guided audios, identity scripts, trackers, templates (approximately $7–$47)
Core programs: Open to Receive — 4 Pillars Program (6-week program, approximately $297 or payment plan)
Memberships: Simple Manifestor Mastermind (monthly subscription, approximately $19–$99/month)
Mini-SaaS tools: digital tools and utilities related to manifestation practice and habit tracking
Coaching: premium 1:1 and group coaching sessions (pricing varies)
Newsletter & email content: regular emails with tips, routines, and updates
We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or change pricing for any of our Services at any time. Any changes to pricing will not affect existing paid orders or active subscriptions during their current billing period.
5. Payments & Billing
General Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase for one-time products (handbooks, courses, digital downloads).
Payment plans, where available, are outlined at the time of purchase — all installments are binding and must be completed.
We use trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle all transactions securely — we never store your full credit card information.
Membership & Subscription Billing
Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified at purchase).
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period already paid.
We do not prorate or provide partial refunds for unused membership time within a billing cycle.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the payment or contact you to update your payment method.
Access to membership or subscription Services may be paused or suspended if payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts.
6. Refund Policy
We stand behind our work — and we want you to feel good about every purchase. Here’s our clear, straightforward refund policy:
Digital Products (Handbooks, Downloads, Guides, Audios)
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable digital products are final once access is granted or the file has been delivered/downloaded. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads.
However, we may issue a refund or credit if:
You experience a technical issue that prevents access and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days.
You were charged twice for the same product in error.
The product delivered is materially different from the description on the Site.
Refund requests for eligible situations must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Courses & Programs
Refund requests for the Open to Receive 4 Pillars Program (or similar courses) must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment.
If you have accessed, downloaded, or completed more than 25% of the course content, a refund will not be issued.
Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind, didn’t have time, or didn’t complete the program.
Memberships & Subscriptions
You may cancel at any time — cancellation prevents future charges.
No refunds are issued for the current or previous billing periods.
Once canceled, you retain access until the end of your current paid period.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching purchases (1:1 or group) are non-refundable once a session has been scheduled or delivered.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice — cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the session.
Unused coaching sessions within a package expire 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Free Challenges & Resources
Free products, challenges, and community access carry no financial obligation. You may opt out at any time.
How to Request a Refund
To request an eligible refund, contact us at [email protected] with:
Your name and email address associated with the purchase
Order number or proof of purchase
Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to your original payment method.
7. License & Use of Digital Products
When you purchase a Digital Product from Simple Manifestor, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the product for your own individual, non-commercial use.
You may:
Download and use the product for your personal development.
Print worksheets and trackers for your own use.
Access course content through your account for the duration specified.
You may NOT:
Share, distribute, resell, or give away the product (or your account login) to anyone else.
Upload our content to file-sharing sites, torrent platforms, or social media (in whole or in part).
Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our content.
Use our materials for commercial purposes (e.g., coaching clients, reselling, course creation) without prior written permission.
Claim our content, frameworks, or materials as your own.
Violating these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
8. Membership & Community Guidelines
Our communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, membership groups, comment sections, or any future community platform) are designed to be safe, supportive, and grounded spaces. By participating, you agree to:
Be respectful. Treat every member with kindness. No bullying, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks.
Keep it supportive. Share your experiences honestly, but don’t give medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice to other members. You’re not their professional — and they’re not yours.
No spam or self-promotion. Don’t promote your own products, services, businesses, or affiliate links in our communities unless explicitly invited by Simple Manifestor.
Respect privacy. What people share in the community stays in the community. Do not screenshot, copy, or share other members’ posts, stories, or personal information outside the group.
No illegal activity. Don’t use our platforms for anything unlawful.
We reserve the right to remove any member from our communities — at our sole discretion — for violations of these guidelines. Removal from a free community does not entitle you to any compensation. Removal from a paid membership will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. User Content
If you submit, post, or share any content through our Services (community posts, testimonials, survey responses, coaching forms, comments), you:
Retain ownership of your original content.
Grant Simple Manifestor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with our Services, marketing, and promotional materials (for example, using an anonymized testimonial on our Site).
Confirm that your content does not violate any third-party rights, laws, or these Terms.
We may remove any user content at our discretion if it violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
If you do not want your testimonial or feedback used in our marketing, please let us know at [email protected] and we will honor your request.
10. Intellectual Property
All Content on our Site and within our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand names, images, audio files, video, digital downloads, frameworks (including the “Open to Receive” framework, “Calm → Clear → Create” method, “10-Minute Reset Stack,” “Block Audit,” and “Simple Manifestor Identity”), course materials, guided audios, worksheets, and software — is the exclusive property of Simple Manifestor and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The Simple Manifestor name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Simple Manifestor. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to our Content or intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a personal use license only (see Section 7).
11. Wellness, Health & Coaching Disclaimer
This is important — please read carefully.
Simple Manifestor is a wellness education and coaching brand. All of our products, content, programs, coaching sessions, communities, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We are NOT any of the following (and do not claim to be):
A licensed medical doctor, physician, or healthcare provider
A licensed mental health professional, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or counselor
A licensed nutritionist or dietitian
A licensed financial advisor, accountant, tax professional, or certified financial planner
A licensed attorney or legal advisor
Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We strongly encourage you to consult with your own qualified professionals before making decisions related to your health, mental health, finances, or legal matters.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact emergency services (911 in the US), the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US), or your local emergency provider immediately. Do not use Simple Manifestor content as a replacement for crisis intervention or emergency care.
12. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific results from using our products, programs, coaching, challenges, community, or any other Services.
Your results depend on many factors that are unique to you, including:
Your personal history, circumstances, and current situation
Your individual consistency, effort, and commitment
Your physical, mental, and emotional health
Your financial situation
External factors outside anyone’s control
Any testimonials, success stories, case studies, or examples shared on our Site, emails, social media, or marketing materials are individual experiences only and are not promises of what you will achieve. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
We share tools, routines, and frameworks that may support your personal growth — but the outcome is ultimately determined by your actions and your dedication. We believe in progress, not promises.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Our Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Simple Manifestor, its founders, team members, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from:
Your use of or inability to use our Site or Services
Any content, products, or services obtained through our Site
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Statements or conduct of any third party on our Services
Any other matter related to our Site or Services
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to Simple Manifestor in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in our programs and using our materials at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simple Manifestor, its founders, team members, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you submit or post through our Services
Your negligent or wrongful conduct

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, or services.
Clicking on a third-party link or purchasing a third-party product is at your own risk.

Affiliate Disclosure: We may earn a commission when you purchase third-party products through our affiliate links — at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we genuinely believe may support your journey. We are not responsible for the quality or performance of third-party products.
16. AI-Powered Tools & Features
Simple Manifestor may use AI-powered tools, features, or integrations within our Site and Services (for example: chatbots, content personalization, recommendation engines, or habit-tracking tools). Regarding these:
AI-generated suggestions or content are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated output.
You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any AI-provided suggestions at your own discretion.
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy — we do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models.
You have the right to request human review of any automated output that affects you.
17. Email & Communications
By providing your email address (through opt-in forms, purchases, challenges, or account registration), you consent to receive:
Transactional emails: order confirmations, access links, account updates, and support responses.
Marketing emails: newsletters, tips, promotions, product announcements, and content related to Simple Manifestor.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Transactional emails related to your purchases or account cannot be opted out of while you have an active account or open order.

18. Termination
By You
You may stop using our Site and Services at any time. To delete your account or cancel a membership, contact us at [email protected].
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site, Services, communities, or account — without prior notice — if:
You violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
You share, redistribute, or resell our content without authorization.
You use our Services for illegal purposes.
We determine, at our sole discretion, that your continued access is harmful to our community or business.
Upon termination:
Your right to access our Services ceases immediately.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.
We are not obligated to refund any payments made prior to termination for cause.
19. Dispute Resolution
We’d rather solve problems together than in a courtroom. If any dispute arises:
Step 1: Informal Resolution.
Contact us at [email protected] with a description of your concern. We will make a good faith effort to resolve it within 30 days.
Step 2: Mediation.
If we can’t resolve the issue informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator before pursuing any other remedy.
Step 3: Binding Arbitration.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction where Simple Manifestor operates. Both parties waive their right to a jury trial or class-action participation.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts located in California.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy & Disclaimer and any Supplemental Terms for specific products or programs, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simple Manifestor regarding your use of our Site and Services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our Site.
Your continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using our Site and Services.
